Transportation for Maine 2026 Summit
Closing the Distance Between Us
Tuesday, November 17th 8:30am-3:30pm
Governor Hill Mansion, 136 State Street, Augusta
The T4ME 2026 Summit will bring together people who care about better choices for getting around — including walking, rolling, shared rides, and public transit. Join us to connect, learn, and build momentum for safe, reliable, affordable, sustainable and equitable transportation in Maine!
The program will feature:
Two energizing keynotes - featuring author and activist Veronica Davis and movement-builder LeeAnn Hall from the National Campaign for Transit Justice.
Robust opportunities for networking and relationship-building.
Knowledge and skill-building around transportation advocacy and effective messaging.
Creation of a shared vision for Maine’s transportation future.
Who Should Attend
Advocates for walking, wheeling, shared rides, and public transit – especially people with lived experience and expertise as nondrivers.
Staff and leaders in organizations and businesses, including those focused on the environment, transportation, health care, public health, housing, aging, disability, education, and workforce development.
Elected and appointed officials from local, regional, and state government.
Everyone who cares about transportation choices!
Ticket Information
We are offering a sliding scale with four options.
Full-Price Ticket – $125: This ticket reflects the full cost of the event after factoring in sponsorships. It is the cost that we would charge all attendees in the absence of a sliding scale. If you have access to financial security, or an organization can pay for you to attend, then this price is for you.
Community, Student & Older Adult (Age 65+) Ticket – $75: This is a discounted ticket for those who are students, older adults, or part of a community effort – and have the ability to pay at this level.
Unsponsored Advocate Ticket – $25: This is a discounted ticket for people who are not affiliated with an organization and for whom paying the other ticket prices would be a barrier to participate in the summit.
Inclusive Access Ticket – $0: This is a no-cost ticket for people who could not participate in the summit if payment was required. We have a limited number of these tickets.
Payment can be made by card or check.
